Do You Stress Eat?

Do you eat when you are stressed, bored, or sad?  Have you tried to lose weight only to have regained it a few months later?  Have you tried to eat more healthfully, but just can't seem to stick with it?

This training will teach you the scientific basis of how we form eating habits, and how we can change them.  You will learn concrete mindfulness skills to help you become more aware of and gain control over your eating.

The Eat Right Now program was developed based on numerous scientific studies by Dr. Judson Brewer, MD, PhD.  Dr. Brewer is the Director of Research at the Center for Mindfulness, and an associate professor in medicine and psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

The Eat Right Now program uses the flipped classroom model of training.  You use your home and daily life as a classroom and come to group sessions weekly for exercises and discussions.  Each group session provides hands on mindfulness practices, as well as expert and peer support as you go through the process of changing your relationship to eating.

Cost: $20/class or receive a discount when you purchase multiple classes at once.
